About LinkShield
Our mission is to make public-link protection simple enough for any community organizer — not just technical teams.
LinkShield started with a specific problem: bots kept joining a WhatsApp group through its publicly shared invite link. Regenerating the link would have meant re-posting it everywhere it had been shared. That was not a realistic solution for a busy community administrator.
The answer was a protective layer — a safe-link that sits in front of the original. Anyone who clicks it must pass a quick human check before they ever see the destination. Bots fail. People pass. The original link stays private and never needs to change.
We built LinkShield for the people who actually manage these links day to day: HOA boards, PTSAs, school administrators, faith communities, nonprofits, and local businesses. Organizations that need a real solution, not a technical workaround.
LinkShield is fast, free to start, and free of unnecessary complexity. No registration, no app to install, no ongoing maintenance on your end. Our team is focused on keeping it that way — reliable, simple, and accessible to everyone.
